We wanted to inform you of a change in payment options available at Witkowski Dental. We have decided to part ways with Patientconnect365 online payment portal due to a difference in philosophy. We are constantly striving to improve our patient experience. For example, we are researching new digital payment options such as Zelle or a text to pay option. You are more than welcome to continue making payment via portal until May 31, 2021. Beginning June 1,2021, the portal will be unavailable. We appreciate your patience with us as we eliminate this patient portal and move forward with different payment options for you in the near future.

We currently have 3 forms of payment options. We continue to accept payment in the form of cash, check or credit card. We are more than happy to take credit card payment via phone by calling 708-479-9888. There is no credit card processing fee when you call the office to make a payment.

We continue to provide 3 treatment plan payment options at Witkowski Dental. We understand dental care is expensive and we strive to provide quality care along with payment options that are catered to your individual needs. We continue to provide the following payment plan options:

  • 5% off the total treatment if paid in full at the time of service by check or cash.
  • In house financing: ½ down, the total of treatment at the time of service, with the remaining balance, at no interest, divided out in 6 equal monthly payments.
  • Care Credit: A third party financing company that offers financial assistance to help pay for out-of-pocket dental expenses.
